News from the Social Group

At their last meeting, the Tuesday Social Group were in the Hall, hard at work preparing decorations for Christmas.

It was a really successful afternoon with 17 folk there. Joanna and Marcin (proprietors of "The Wheelhouse Restaurant") were so lovely and enthusiastic. They had prepared material in advance for us and had baked the shapes which we painted and then decorated the trees. The trees were a cut down artificial tree and bases made from recycled containers were covered with a serviette.

We hope that they will be back next year.
